Requirements

- Have Linux experience.
- Have Shell or Python scripting skills.
- Know basic SQL.
- Be able to write actionable runbooks.
- Be able to improve user experience using support data.
- Have a basic understanding of agents and skills.
Responsibilities
- Set up dashboards and alerts.
- Script repetitive ticket steps.
- Participate in root-cause analyses.
- Log user pain points weekly and propose product fixes.
- Build a lightweight agent, such as a Telegram bot, with at least one reusable skill, such as log fetching or health checks.
- Optimize a workflow in incident-management tooling.
