Requirements
- Have 8+ years of software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
- Bring experience with Go, Python, Rust, or Ruby.
- Hold a BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrate organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and keep projects on schedule.
- Have experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
- Be able to discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Applied ML experience for a product or business solution is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Work with product, data science, operations, and engineering teams to execute product and business strategy for platform safety.
- Contribute to ideation, technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Review code and design documents and help shape the roadmap.
- Lead a team of engineers and set standards that improve developer workflows.
- Recommend best practices and coach and mentor engineers.
- Innovate on new solutions and continuously improve technical and non-technical abilities.
