Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university, or 4-6 years of significant and relevant work experience in medical practice management may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
- Have 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical or practice-management processes.
- Be based in Florida.
- Have oral and written communication skills, including public presentation skills.
- Have organizational and project management skills.
- Have team-building skills.
- Be familiar with process-mapping and workflow-analysis tools.
- Have computer skills and willingness to learn additional software applications.
- Be able to travel in person to Florida practices for regular on-site check-ins.
Responsibilities
- Implement products and execute ACO initiatives with direction from Market Leadership.
- Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management.
- Help practices meet goals in mutually developed Practice Transformation Plans.
- Assist in training office staff, physicians, and providers on processes and technologies.
- Assess practices’ and staff’s ongoing training needs.
- Build relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives to support financial and quality performance.
- Listen to practice concerns and relay information to managers and leads to identify improvement opportunities.
- Travel to practices in Florida for on-site check-ins, typically approximately once per month per practice.
