- 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical/practice management processes. 4-6 years of significant and relevant work experience in medical practice management may be accepted in lieu of educational requirements.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university.
- Alternatively, 4-6 years of significant and relevant work experience in medical practice management may be accepted in lieu of educational requirements, particularly with significant administrative experience in a clinic setting.
- 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical or practice management processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public presentation skills.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Team-building skills.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
- Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn additional software applications.
- Ability to travel in person to practices in Florida for regular on-site check-ins, typically approximately 1x per month per practice.
Responsibilities
- Implement products and execute ACO initiatives with direction from Market Leadership.
- Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management.
- Help practices meet goals in mutually developed Practice Transformation Plans.
- Assist in training office staff, physicians, and providers on processes and technologies.
- Continually assess practice and staff training needs.
- Build relationships and engagement with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives.
- Listen to practice concerns and relay important information to managers and leads.
- Travel to Florida practices for regular on-site check-ins.
