Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security concepts.
- Bring advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards relevant to digital assets and blockchain environments.
- Have working proficiency in Python for scripting, integrations, and custom monitoring logic.
- Have demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing engagements, with a focus on service quality and customer success.
- Be able to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be able to work independently and collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Assess customers’ Web3 assets and security posture, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend risk-monitoring configurations.
- Develop monitoring and response strategies that combine preventive controls, threat detection, and incident response planning.
- Guide customers on emerging threats, security issues, and changes in digital asset security.
- Configure and customize security platforms, including creating rules, developing integrations, and writing Python scripts for monitoring logic.
- Provide hands-on technical support to integrate security solutions with customers’ existing systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with technology providers and ecosystem partners on integrations and solutions for customer environments.
- Deliver training and practical guidance to technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support Sales teams with professional-services scoping, proposals, and communicating the technical value of solutions.
