Job Details

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection, suitable computer, and quiet workspace.
Ability to maintain consistent availability during the agreed working schedule.
Previous experience in customer support or customer service is a nice-to-have.
Shopify or Shopify order management experience is a nice-to-have.
Experience supporting ecommerce businesses is a nice-to-have.
Familiarity with help desk platforms, shared support inboxes, spreadsheets, or administrative data entry is a nice-to-have.

Respond to customer inquiries through email in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with order status, shipping, product, and other routine customer questions.
Investigate customer issues and provide accurate, helpful responses.
Follow up on unresolved inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Review order details and customer information in Shopify or related systems.
Identify order discrepancies and flag issues requiring additional attention.
Enter, update, and verify information across internal systems and spreadsheets.
Maintain organized records, support notes, and documentation.
Follow established support procedures and communicate recurring customer issues to the team.
Adapt to new tools, processes, and communication channels as business needs evolve.
