Requirements
- Have hands-on experience implementing Ramp Bill Pay and AP automation.
- Have experience integrating ERP systems with finance, accounting, or spend-management platforms.
- Have practical knowledge of APIs, middleware, data mapping, and system integrations.
- Have a strong understanding of AP processes, vendor management, GL coding, and payment workflows.
- Be able to own implementation and integration deliverables rather than provide project management alone.
- Be available to start immediately.
- Experience with PDI or Epicor CMS is highly relevant; experience with both is not required.
- Multi-entity, multi-currency, high-volume AP, or international payments experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Implement Ramp Bill Pay, including invoice intake, approval workflows, vendor management, and payment processes.
- Design and deliver the integration between Ramp and the client’s ERP or back-office system.
- Map and validate vendor, invoice, GL coding, entity, and payment data between systems.
- Implement integration methods using APIs, middleware, or batch synchronization.
- Lead integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and support go-live and stabilization.
- Partner with Finance leadership and IT to resolve technical dependencies and establish sustainable processes.
