Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science.
- Have at least 2 years of related experience.
- Have experience with Medicare/Medicaid programs.
- Have experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, or similar dashboard platforms.
- Have working knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
- Have experience working with large datasets.
- Be able to create data visualizations that present complex analyses and illustrate trends.
- Know dashboard design best practices, including accessibility and usability standards.
- Be familiar with R or Python.
- Be familiar with HTML and JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and managers to gather requirements and translate needs into visualizations.
- Convert raw data into dashboards that support decision-making.
- Maintain and update existing dashboards.
- Train end users to interact with dashboards.
- Perform quality checks on visualizations for data accuracy.
- Present monthly visualizations at large meetings.
