Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Hands-on application development experience with Java and Springboot.
- Experience developing REST APIs.
- Experience with event-driven microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Strong database skills, including SQL, Postgres, and Liquibase.
- Demonstrable CI/CD experience.
- Experience writing modern software deployed in the cloud.
- Knowledge of encryption schemes, APIs, and frameworks.
- Experience working on agile teams and delivering software iteratively.
- Apply a test-driven development approach and take responsibility across the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer challenges and design scalable backend solutions.
- Implement and maintain REST APIs using Java and related frameworks.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and contribute to deployment automation.
- Adapt to technologies and frameworks used in the regulated payments domain.
- Contribute across the software development lifecycle, including design, deployment, and ongoing system improvements.
