Requirements
- Have an associate degree or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
- Have previous experience in inside sales or the animal health industry.
- Demonstrate aptitude in Customer Value Selling (CVS).
- Be proficient with digital tools, including CRM (Salesforce/Veeva) and MS Teams.
- Travel 5-10%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key veterinary practices to uncover needs and generate recommendations that achieve sales targets.
- Partner with assigned sales districts to create business plans, nurture leads, and execute strategies in targeted accounts.
- Use a multi-channel approach and Veeva CRM to remotely engage customers with customized content and offers.
- Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Elanco’s product portfolio.
- Lead new product launches and brand initiatives.
- Execute sales objectives and key sales metrics to support territory success and customer satisfaction.
