Have 5+ years of SAP testing experience.
Have at least 2 years leading testing for a large-scale implementation or transformation program.
Have direct experience leading testing on an SAP IS-U implementation for a regulated electric, gas, or water utility.
Demonstrate hands-on ownership of test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Understand SAP IS-U customer, meter-to-cash, billing, and payment processes and their integration points.
Have experience leading SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, and business sign-off across multiple workstreams.
Be proficient with Azure DevOps (ADO) and ADO Test Plans, including test-case management, execution tracking, defect reporting, and dashboards.
Coordinate utility business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams.
Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA for Utilities or an SAP IS-U modernization program.
Preferred: Experience testing AMI/MDM-to-SAP IS-U data flows, data conversion, and reconciliation.
Preferred: Familiarity with waterfall and agile delivery methods and phased deployments across multiple test cycles.

Develop and own the end-to-end test strategy, master test plan, schedules, deliverables, and entry and exit criteria.
Create and oversee test scenarios, cases, and scripts for utility customer lifecycle processes, including accounts, premises, service activation, meters, usage, billing, payments, and collections.
Ensure test coverage for SAP IS-U integrations with AMI/MDM, customer channels, contact centers, payment platforms, and finance systems.
Define test-data requirements and coordinate environment readiness, data setup, and dependencies across teams.
Lead test execution, monitor coverage and results, and manage defects from identification and triage through resolution and retesting.
Plan and coordinate UAT with utility business owners, including user preparation, script execution, issue escalation, and sign-off.
Report progress, quality metrics, and risks, and provide go/no-go recommendations to program leadership.
Support mock conversions, cutover rehearsals, go-live readiness, and post-deployment validation.
Apply lessons learned to improve testing processes across implementation releases.
