Requirements
- Have 3+ years as a product designer on complex B2B products with dense, data-heavy interfaces, including tables, filters, reporting, and multi-role flows.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, and craft.
- Have built or prototyped several products in code with AI tools.
- Be comfortable using Claude Code or a similar tool to work in an existing codebase and get a prototype running without waiting for an engineer.
- Demonstrate good UI skills, with neat, balanced mockups focused on user value.
- Build domain and technical knowledge proactively and get up to speed quickly on new problems.
- Be based anywhere in Ukraine.
- Have English proficiency at B2+ (upper-intermediate) or higher.
- Ad tech, media, or analytics/reporting product experience is a plus.
- Experience in data visualization is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define product problems with product managers and engineers, explore and validate options, and ship improvements.
- Work across client-facing products, internal tools, sales enablement, and customer experience as priorities require.
- Use AI to clarify hypotheses, identify risks and edge cases, and write PRDs or decision documents.
- Talk to sales managers, customer success managers, and internal users; run quick tests and adjust direction based on findings.
- Build and iterate on flows in Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools, owning structure, behavior, and UX quality.
- Turn validated concepts into production-ready designs with every state covered and aligned with the design system.
- Occasionally ship small UI fixes to production in collaboration with engineers.
- Stay involved in work after handoff.
