Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience.
3+ years of people leadership experience in a district / regional manager role.
Proven success leading specialty sales teams and exceeding performance goals.
Prior launch experience required.
First-launch / startup biotech experience strongly preferred.
Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialty markets strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success recruiting and developing top talent.
Strong business planning, analytical, and coaching skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region; the position requires up to 60% travel, frequently outside the local area and overnight.

Lead regional launch planning and execution to support market entry and product uptake.
Translate national brand strategy into regional business plans and field priorities.
Drive team performance against sales goals, market share targets, and key metrics.
Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop approximately 8–12 territory managers.
Build relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, IDNs, and strategic accounts.
Partner with territory managers on customer interactions, access challenges, and account strategies.
Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, Operations, and HR on launch readiness and execution.
Manage regional budgets, forecasting, CRM utilization, and reporting.
Ensure regional activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
