Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications.
- Hands-on experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and external services.
- Experience with Git and version control best practices.
- Proficiency in English, both speaking and reading.
- Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, is a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools is a nice-to-have.
- Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies is a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity with AI Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted software development practices is a nice-to-have.
- Experience working with agile methodologies is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs that connect applications with external systems and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define technical solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
- Write and maintain unit tests to support code quality and reliability.
- Contribute to technical discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members in an agile and multicultural environment.
