Have at least five years of professional experience developing applications with Java and Spring Boot.
Know software architecture, particularly Hexagonal Architecture, and the design of scalable, maintainable systems.
Have hands-on experience with automated testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and software design principles.
Be familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery workflows.
Have practical experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes, or be able to work effectively in environments using them.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills for investigating complex technical challenges.
Be able to make informed technical decisions, question assumptions, propose improvements, and take ownership of outcomes.
Be willing to participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Be committed to engineering excellence, continuous learning, automated testing, and proactive technical debt management.
Be comfortable working in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
Preferred: Experience with fintech, financial products, or digital financial journeys.
Preferred: Exposure to high-scale, performance-sensitive, business-critical systems.
Preferred: Participation in architectural modernization or platform evolution initiatives.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 11 or later and Spring Boot.
Contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous evolution of application and system architecture.
Apply engineering best practices to maintain code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Evaluate technical alternatives and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
Develop and maintain automated tests, applying TDD and software design principles.
Identify and address technical debt, architectural inconsistencies, and code quality issues.
Participate in technical discussions, architectural reviews, code reviews, and team decision-making.
Research technologies, industry standards, and practices that may improve the platform.
Use Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes in development and delivery workflows.
Support CI/CD pipelines and improve delivery automation, deployment efficiency, and operational reliability.
