Requirements
- Have 10+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or post-production.
- Have advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, including expert-level proficiency in After Effects.
- Bring advanced rotoscoping and paint/clean-up experience.
- Have strong experience with camera tracking, object tracking, and match-moving workflows.
- Have experience with compositing, keying, and visual effects workflows.
- Understand broadcast, digital, social, OLV, DOOH, and cinema specifications.
- Have extensive experience managing adaptation and localization projects across multiple markets and languages.
- Have experience with Mocha Pro, Silhouette, Nuke, Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent tools.
- Understand video codecs, file formats, color management, and delivery workflows.
- Have proven experience leading teams and mentoring mid-level and senior artists.
- Be able to troubleshoot technical post-production challenges and manage multiple projects and shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead motion graphics and animation projects from concept through delivery.
- Translate creative briefs into visual storytelling and motion design solutions.
- Create 2D and 3D motion graphics, animation, compositing, and visual effects.
- Develop content and campaign adaptations for broadcast, digital, social media, DOOH, and online video platforms.
- Oversee asset preparation, versioning, localization, and final delivery requirements.
- Coordinate timelines and workloads with Producers and Creative Teams.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to motion designers and freelancers.
- Manage motion graphics workstreams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support quality control and improve workflows, processes, and tools.
