Requirements
- Extensive experience in HR IT, SAP HCM, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong SAP HCM background, ideally including Core HR, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
- Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Integration Architecture.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong integration experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, and middleware.
- Strong technical understanding beyond purely functional SAP HCM consulting.
- Experience with global or multi-country landscapes, security, IAM, roles, and GDPR.
- Fluent English.
- Strong stakeholder communication.
- Experience leading technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and further develop the global HR application and integration architecture.
- Act as technical lead and design authority for the implementation team.
- Design and review integrations between SAP HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise systems.
- Work with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, OData, REST, SOAP, and middleware technologies.
- Define architecture principles, technical standards, data flows, and integration governance.
- Support security architecture, IAM, RBAC, segregation of duties, and GDPR requirements.
- Support audit findings, test cycles, technical issue resolution, and go-live preparation.
- Take over from the current consultant and support go-live, stabilization, and ongoing technical ownership.
