Requirements
- Have strong SAP IS-U implementation or integration experience.
- Have experience with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8.
- Have ABAP development experience.
- Have experience with RFCs and BAPIs.
- Have experience with REST APIs and SAP Gateway/OData.
- Have experience with SAP authorisations and transport management.
- Have utilities industry experience in electricity, gas, or water.
- Have experience working with high-volume master and transactional data.
- Have strong English communication skills.
- Be an EU national.
Responsibilities
- Design and define interface contracts, mappings, and validation rules across SAP IS-U modules.
- Design RFC/REST integrations with future S/4HANA and OData compatibility in mind.
- Develop or enhance RFC-enabled Function Modules, BAPIs, and ABAP wrappers.
- Configure RFC destinations, technical users, authorisations, and connectivity.
- Support data migration, delta extraction, reconciliation, and error handling.
- Coordinate SAP transports across Development, Test, and Production environments.
- Troubleshoot SAP integration, authorisation, and performance issues.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Produce technical documentation and operational procedures.
