Requirements
- Have at least 6 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Bring experience, knowledge, and skills in ITSM.
- Bring experience, knowledge, and skills in ITIL.
- Bring experience, knowledge, and skills in ServiceNow.
- Have experience with Incident Management.
- Have experience with Problem Management.
- Have experience with Change Management.
- Communicate in English at B2 or C1 level in an international environment.
- Industry certifications such as ITSM or ITIL are an advantage.
- German language knowledge is an advantage.
- Be available as soon as possible; a notice period of up to one month ending at month-end is acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Define business requirements.
- Design Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Define user stories.
- Prepare test cases.
- Prepare architecture decisions based on requirements.
- Support and lead business decisions.
- Lead meetings and workshops.
- Provide expert knowledge in ITSM.
