Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of commercial experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions, including machine learning, predictive modeling, optimization, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
- Develop ML algorithms from scratch through production deployment.
- Demonstrate strong Python programming skills, including clean code, object-oriented design, and ML libraries such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Have experience deploying solutions in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Apply LLMs, including AI agents, semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, or RAG.
- Have high proficiency in English at C1 level.
- Bring communication skills and consulting experience involving direct client interaction.
- Have experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Understand CI/CD principles and GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Be familiar with MLOps practices, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Hold a master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and validate machine learning models to support business objectives.
- Design AI solutions for complex business challenges.
- Research, test, and select tools and technologies to meet business requirements.
- Translate client business problems into data science problems.
- Architect and oversee data pipelines and workflows, setting data quality and security standards.
- Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams on AI applications.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Prioritize and control tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework.
