Have 7+ years of commercial experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions.
Bring experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, Optimization, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, LLMs, or Deep Learning.
Develop ML algorithms from scratch through production deployment.
Have strong Python programming skills, including clean code, OOP design, and knowledge of ML libraries.
Have experience with Scikit-Learn and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Have experience deploying solutions in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
Understand LLM applications including AI agents, semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, and RAG.
Have high proficiency in English (C1 level), strong communication skills, and consulting experience with direct client interaction.
Have experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, Snowflake, or Databricks.
Have knowledge of CI/CD principles and experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
Be familiar with MLOps practices, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Hold a Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

Lead the development, implementation, and validation of machine learning solutions aligned with project objectives.
Design AI solution architectures to meet business goals.
Research and select tools, technologies, and AI solutions to meet business requirements.
Translate client needs and business problems into data science problems.
Architect and oversee data pipelines and workflows, setting data quality and security standards.
Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams on AI application development.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Prioritize and control tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework.
