Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Have 0–2 years of experience in client-facing roles within media.
- Bring strong written communication skills.
- Enter data and complete projects accurately.
- Be detail-oriented and organized.
- Be motivated to assist others on the team.
- Be willing to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed.
- Be proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is desired but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Gather vendor proposals, track submissions, deploy target lists and NDAs, and build supporting content for tactical recommendations.
- Enter and submit campaign operations requests, including tag request forms, screenshot decks, and creative rotations.
- Maintain media plan flowcharts, media plans, budget summaries, and buy specifications.
- Assist with creative asset documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including availability requests and calendar setups.
- Track campaign activities.
- Assist with media budgets, client and publisher invoicing, and monthly and annual billing reconciliation.
- Build campaigns in Mediaocean/Prisma.
