Requirements
- At least five years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Laravel and PHP, including backend services and API development.
- Experience with Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL and database performance optimization.
- Understanding of MongoDB and experience working with different database technologies.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Linux server environments.
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows, Git version control, and deployment processes.
- Experience maintaining and improving applications already running in production.
- Ability to understand large codebases and work within established architectures.
- Familiarity with Nginx and Cloudflare.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features for a large-scale production web application.
- Work within the existing codebase, understand its architecture, and identify improvements.
- Build, maintain, and optimize backend services and REST APIs using Laravel and PHP.
- Develop responsive frontend features using Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Migrate existing MongoDB components to PostgreSQL while maintaining data integrity and application reliability.
- Optimize PostgreSQL queries, database structures, and application performance.
- Integrate and maintain third-party APIs, including payment gateways and ERP systems.
- Manage background jobs, queues, cron jobs, scheduled tasks, and workers.
- Collaborate with DevOps to improve Docker infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues, contribute to architecture discussions and code reviews, and support junior developers.
