Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise with Clay, supported by projects, client implementations, personal experiments, or a portfolio.
- Regularly use AI tools such as Claude and GPT in workflows and technical problem-solving.
- Apply systems thinking to understand data flows, dependencies, edge cases, and potential failure points.
- Research documentation, reverse-engineer APIs, test hypotheses, and resolve technical challenges independently.
- Have experience identifying data sources, evaluating APIs, integrating external tools, and connecting platforms.
- Work independently, manage priorities, and take projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients and teammates, exchange feedback, and share knowledge.
- Additional experience with Claude Code, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted software development is advantageous.
- HubSpot or Salesforce administration experience, particularly CRM architecture and configuration, is advantageous.
- Agency or consulting experience managing multiple clients and projects is advantageous.
- Knowledge of revenue operations and GTM principles, including pipeline metrics, attribution, funnel analysis, and revenue performance, is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Build GTM infrastructure, including data enrichment pipelines, lead scoring models, lead routing logic, and signal-based workflows, primarily using Clay.
- Identify and connect APIs, databases, and data enrichment providers to improve data quality.
- Design and integrate CRM and automation systems using HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, and Clay.
- Develop AI-powered workflows using Claude, GPT, and AI agents for research, personalization, lead qualification, and analysis.
- Work with clients to understand challenges, present solutions, gather feedback, and translate requirements into repeatable systems.
- Research emerging tools and technologies and develop GTM solutions.
- Test, refine, and improve workflows for efficiency, reliability, and business outcomes.
- Share technical insights and best practices with the team.
- Drive projects from discovery through implementation and iteration.
