Job Details

Have hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated testing solutions for software applications.
Have strong practical knowledge of Java and Selenium for automated test scripts.
Have experience using Cucumber and existing automation frameworks to create reusable test scenarios.
Have experience validating front-end applications and API functionality through automated testing.
Be able to write SQL queries, retrieve and validate data, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Be able to translate manual test cases into automated scripts and improve test coverage and reliability.
Have experience preparing and maintaining test data for repeatable validation.
Understand the software development lifecycle and the role of quality assurance.
Have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to investigating defects and test failures.
Have experience using AI tools to improve daily work, or be willing to experiment with new technologies and learn rapidly.
Be able to understand client needs and align technical solutions with business objectives.
Be able to collaborate across technical teams and clearly present findings or recommendations.
Be able to take ownership of assigned work, share knowledge, and support colleagues.
Be comfortable balancing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Familiarity with Playwright and JavaScript is beneficial; a Claude Certified Developer or Claude Certified Architect credential is highly preferred.

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.
Convert manual test cases into reusable automated scripts.
Design and maintain automated tests for graphical user interfaces and APIs.
Write SQL queries to retrieve, validate, and troubleshoot database records.
Identify scenarios to automate and expand coverage across assigned applications.
Create and maintain reusable test datasets for regional processes and claims workflows.
Enhance automation frameworks, troubleshoot failures, and improve test-suite stability.
Collaborate with QA colleagues, software engineers, and stakeholders to investigate defects and align testing strategies.
Apply Playwright, JavaScript, and AI-powered tools where appropriate to support testing and productivity.
Support quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle and share technical findings with the team.
