Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Java 11 or later, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data.
Bring extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices architectures and distributed systems.
Have practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including Amazon EKS, Google GKE, or Azure AKS.
Have experience building integrations with Kafka or RabbitMQ and PostgreSQL, Redis, or MongoDB.
Demonstrate knowledge of infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
Have experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Have advanced knowledge of Git, including version control strategies, branching workflows, code integration, and conflict resolution.
Have practical experience implementing observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
Be proficient in automated testing with JUnit and Mockito, and experienced with Java Flight Recorder or similar profiling tools.
Understand software security, system monitoring, distributed-system reliability, and engineering standards.
Demonstrate the ability to make architectural decisions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and establish reusable solutions across teams.
Bring technical leadership and mentoring skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Show analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, autonomy, and commitment to continuous learning.

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Java services.
Define technical standards, reusable modules, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices across development teams.
Design, implement, and monitor observability, security, and automated testing solutions for distributed systems.
Lead code reviews, support critical incident resolution, and evaluate technical proofs of concept.
Mentor developers and encourage knowledge sharing and consistent engineering practices.
Optimize integrations across CI/CD pipelines, databases, messaging systems, and cloud infrastructure.
Advise on API design, software architecture, infrastructure, security, and system monitoring.
Design and maintain microservices-based applications using Java frameworks and containerization technologies.
Improve system performance through profiling, automated testing, monitoring, and bottleneck identification.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and product strategy.
