Requirements
- Extensive experience in back-end software development and contributing to complex solutions and architectural decisions.
- Strong proficiency in Java 11 or later, Spring Boot, and the broader Spring ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed software architectures.
- Practical familiarity with AI tools, concepts, and development workflows, including RAG, BMAD, APM, Devin, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Hive or comparable solutions.
- Experience developing and operating applications in cloud environments; AWS is preferred.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience creating and maintaining automated tests using frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance back-end applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
- Build RESTful APIs and reliable integrations between systems.
- Promote AI-powered tools and solutions across development workflows and products.
- Contribute to architecture and technical standards for distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Maintain software quality through automated testing, code reviews, and clean coding practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex engineering challenges and share technical guidance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, reliability, and availability in cloud environments.
- Support containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration between development and infrastructure teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted development practices for integration into team workflows.
