Requirements
- Hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle CX / Oracle Sales Cloud.
- Bring hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Redwood UI development, including extensions and personalization.
- Have practical knowledge of Visual Builder Studio, business rules, action chains, variables, and service connections.
- Have experience consuming Oracle Fusion REST APIs and integrating Oracle applications with external systems.
- Be proficient in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS, with an understanding of application development and debugging.
- Understand Oracle Fusion Service and Customer Experience application architecture, including service functionality and workflows.
- Have experience with application troubleshooting, performance optimization, technical documentation, testing, and defect resolution.
- Be able to lead technical discussions, review designs and code, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Oracle Integration Cloud, integration patterns, Oracle Fusion security, roles, privileges, and authentication mechanisms are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Oracle SaaS implementations, rollout projects, quarterly updates, regression testing, and production support is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, customization, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Service applications using VBCS and Redwood technologies.
- Develop and extend user interfaces using Oracle Visual Builder and Visual Builder Studio, including supported extension and personalization frameworks.
- Implement Redwood UX designs and build custom pages, forms, layouts, business logic, and interactive features.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion Service with REST APIs, business objects, business events, integration services, and external applications.
- Configure service-related functionality, including service requests, customer information, and associated workflows.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and oversee debugging and defect resolution.
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployments, production troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities.
- Ensure application performance, security, maintainability, and compliance with Oracle development standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation, ongoing improvements, and regression testing for Oracle quarterly updates.
