Requirements

Bring 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and maintaining web tracking.
Have experience implementing server-side tracking, such as server-side GTM or equivalent.
Have strong working knowledge of conversion APIs, including Meta CAPI and Google Ads conversion imports.
Understand deduplication and identity-matching logic.
Have advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Amplitude.
Have strong JavaScript fundamentals and understanding of HTML and CSS.
Understand GDPR and its practical impact on tracking implementation.
Be able to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
Be comfortable owning ambiguous problems without a fully predefined scope.
Nice to have: experience with Kubernetes/GKE or Docker.
Nice to have: experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
Nice to have: exposure to analytics or tracking platforms beyond GA4, GTM, and Amplitude.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain server-side tracking solutions for accurate measurement across platforms.
Ensure reliable, accurate conversion signal delivery to Meta, Google Ads, and Amplitude.
Investigate and resolve complex tracking issues across devices and domains.
Partner with PPC, product, and data stakeholders to address data quality questions.
Maintain data governance standards and keep tracking accurate and privacy-compliant across platforms.
Improve the quality, reliability, and scalability of collected data.
