Requirements
- Hold a BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience, including experience working with a Japanese company.
- Have excellent Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level.
- Have strong English communication skills.
- Know systems integration and the system development lifecycle.
- Be proficient in SQL Server and ETL/data migration processes.
- Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project.
- Bring excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Intellectual Property or software implementation experience is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to create mappings for data conversion.
- Create data maps, validate converted data, and resolve complex conversion issues.
- Oversee complete software installations where applicable.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage client relationships throughout the implementation process and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver presentations and manage meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Work with SQL Server, ETL processes, and data migration tools.
- Collaborate within a multi-project team.
