Requirements
- Have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Be proficient in JavaScript within ServiceNow.
- Have experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Have experience implementing REST and SOAP integrations.
- Have a strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and automation.
- Have experience working in Agile project environments.
- Be able to independently implement developer user stories with minimal supervision.
- Have English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.
- Nice to have: experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response, or Vulnerability Management.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Qualys, Microsoft Azure CSPM, or Cribl.
- Nice to have: understanding of Configuration Compliance, hardening processes, CMDB, CI relationships, MID Server integrations, or ServiceNow USEM architecture.
- Nice to have: ServiceNow CAD or CIS-VR certification.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow Vulnerability Management / USEM components.
- Develop technical solutions based on business and security requirements.
- Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Configure dashboards, reports, and automation capabilities.
- Design and implement integrations with security and compliance tools.
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security stakeholders.
- Participate in knowledge transfer and handover activities.
