Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field, or foreign equivalent degree plus 5 years of related experience.

Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or a foreign equivalent degree.
Have 5 years of related experience.
Have 3 years of experience designing and deploying ML models for financial analytics.
Have 2 years of experience architecting cloud-based data pipelines.
Have 4 years of experience developing quantitative models for IRR, MOIC, MVOC, and WARF metrics.
Have 5 years of experience implementing scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
Have 4 years of experience building APIs and integrations using Kafka and REST services.
Have 2 years of experience applying LLMs and Generative AI for document workflows.
Have 5 years of experience using SQL and data warehousing for financial data processing and analytics.
Have 5 years of experience leading cross-functional AI/ML projects with engineering and business teams.

Develop and deploy ML models for applicant generation, ranking, recommendations, and financial analytics.
Integrate ML research and innovations into feed, search, discovery, and shopping products.
Implement personalization and exploration features to improve product metrics and user engagement.
Design and develop frontend and backend solutions with attention to technical design, testing, code quality, and maintainability.
Develop and optimize ML models and data pipelines for scalable products and services.
Collaborate with engineering, data, business, operations, and program teams to integrate AI/ML solutions and resolve system issues.
Support cloud platforms for training and deploying AI/ML solutions, including scalable ML and HPC systems on Google Cloud.
Design and maintain reference architectures for diverse AI/ML workloads.
Develop and deploy personalized LLMs for search and recommendation systems, and integrate LLMs into products.
Execute search and discovery personalization roadmaps and establish stakeholder partnerships.
