SalaryUS candidates only: For US based applicants, the salary range is $97,600 - $139,000 USD + equity + benefits. Canada candidates only: For Toronto and Vancouver based applicants, the salary range is $125,320 - $142,783 CAD + equity + benefits. For all other locations in Canada, the salary range is $116,965 - $133,264 CAD + equity + benefits.

Requirements
- Be a 2025 or 2026 graduate, or be pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Have a foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design through coursework or practical experience.
- Have experience with Python or a similar programming language, or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Be available for meetings and impromptu communication during coordination hours, Monday through Friday, 9am–3pm Pacific Time.
- Preferred: Previous software engineering experience through an internship, work experience, or coding competition.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Python, React, TypeScript, and/or SQL.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience exploring AI tools or building AI-powered projects through coursework, personal projects, or work experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop full stack applications with Python and React.
- Contribute to core product projects focused on growth, moderation, and creator experience.
- Design and launch product features at scale, using data and experimentation to guide iterations.
- Drive projects from ideation to production using the full technology stack.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to prototype and implement functionality and analyze impact.
- Participate in the team's on-call rotation to support product reliability and quality.
