Requirements
- Have at least 6 years of professional experience in web or mobile application development.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Have practical software engineering and programming experience across multiple languages and technologies.
- Be proficient in JavaScript and Python, with experience using React and Django.
- Have experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile application development.
- Have working knowledge of HTML and CSS for web application development and user interface implementation.
- Have experience with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.
- Have experience with CI/CD practices and tools, particularly GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and AWS CodeBuild.
- Understand software architecture, design principles, coding standards, testing, debugging, and code review practices.
- Be able to lead development initiatives, make technical decisions, deliver software, and mentor developers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex software systems and applications.
- Develop and enhance web and mobile applications using Python, JavaScript, React, Flutter, and Django.
- Contribute to software architecture and technical design decisions, including performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders, designers, and engineering colleagues to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver features.
- Lead technical discussions, evaluate approaches, and recommend solutions to complex engineering problems.
- Review code, test and debug software, and implement quality assurance practices.
- Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge with engineering team members.
- Improve development workflows and contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and AWS CodeBuild.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement long-term solutions with cross-functional teams.
