Have 3–5 years of professional QA experience, with a strong focus on manual testing and end-to-end workflows.
Interpret product needs and translate them into test scenarios, validation plans, and regression suites.
Have hands-on experience testing REST APIs and backend integrations using Postman.
Have strong SQL skills for backend data validation, troubleshooting, and test verification.
Have extensive experience documenting defects, test results, and workflow issues in Jira.
Have practical experience with WCAG standards and accessibility testing tools.
Have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint cycles, testing ceremonies, and release validation.
Have experience using Datadog for log review, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Be familiar with Kafka and asynchronous workflow validation.
Have exposure to MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for backend data validation.
Have a general understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release validation.
Have prior experience with SaaS platforms or complex customer-facing or employer-facing applications.

Plan, design, and execute end-to-end manual test scenarios, functional tests, and regression suites.
Test REST APIs and backend service integrations using Postman, verifying responses, data structures, and contract compliance.
Query relational databases with SQL to validate data, investigate defects, troubleshoot data flow, and verify backend state changes.
Perform accessibility audits and feature testing against WCAG standards using accessibility tooling.
Document and track bugs, test executions, and workflow anomalies in Jira, maintaining traceability from requirements to resolution.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and translate business requirements and product specifications into test strategies.
Inspect application logs and system events to isolate performance or functional bottlenecks.
Validate asynchronous workflows and backend data in systems involving Kafka and MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
