- Have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Have 10+ years of litigation experience.
- Have insurance coverage experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate strong writing, organizational, and advocacy skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex insurance coverage litigation and manage multiple cases from intake through settlement or trial.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies and budgets.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Argue dispositive motions.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
- Negotiate and draft settlement agreements.
- Assist with marketing and business development efforts to drive firm growth and strengthen client relationships.
