Job Details

Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Have a track record of building performant, scalable, safe, responsive, production-grade applications.
Have experience tracing, profiling, and tuning performance in network calls, rendering, or data access paths.
Have experience monitoring and reporting operational health.
Have experience implementing AI workflows and tooling for web development, optimization, and debugging.
Have experience designing, building, and maintaining robust APIs using protocols such as REST, GraphQL, gRPC, HTTP, or Thrift.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or have equivalent practical experience.

Design and evolve the Shreddit web platform architecture, performance, and developer tooling.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-service initiatives in asset delivery, HTML processing, observability, and reliability.
Optimize Shreddit’s global performance and evolve HTML rendering.
Enhance web infrastructure resiliency and scale.
Review code, evaluate design documents, and provide feedback on product specifications and UI mocks.
Establish developer workflows and champion engineering best practices.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
