Requirements
- Hold an active, verifiable Iowa LISW, LMFT, LMHC, CADC, or IADC license.
- Have credentials verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Be proficient with EMR systems and telehealth platforms.
- Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
- Have reliable internet.
- Be comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine the appropriate level of care.
- Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.
- Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and relevant state regulations.
