Requirements
- Have 2+ years leading software development teams implementing Appian.
- Have 4-6 years working on software development engagements; Appian experience is preferred.
- Have experience with databases and system integration.
- Have experience working in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrate advanced database knowledge, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and explain plans, and the ability to analyze tables and views.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, or computer science.
- Hold CompTIA Security+ certification by the first day of employment; candidates may obtain it after the interview process but must complete it before starting.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior leaders to scope and design Appian solutions that meet client expectations and business needs.
- Lead scrum teams to deliver solutions on time using an agile methodology.
- Develop software solutions as a member of a software delivery team.
- Mentor and develop junior Appian developers.
- Deliver code reviews, propose alternative solutions, assess Appian objects and pull requests, identify logic errors, and suggest refactoring opportunities.
- Help implement better alternatives and influence coding guidelines.
