Requirements
- Be fluent in English.
- Have previous experience in customer service-oriented jobs.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have strong negotiation skills.
- Be computer literate, with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Be able to work day or evening shifts.
- Be a team player with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Be driven and results-oriented.
- Fluency in other languages is preferable but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding affiliates, IBs, money managers, and other company partners.
- Handle day-to-day partner operations, including partner connections, withdrawals, commission payments, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor affiliate and IB activity to optimize partner performance and report suspicious activity.
- Educate partners on company platforms, trading products, and account opening, deposit, and withdrawal procedures.
- Work proactively to retain existing business and reactivate partners.
- Update the Partners team’s social media channels.
- Maintain direct contact with affiliates and IBs by telephone, live chat, and email.
- Apply due diligence in line with the regulatory framework and company policies.
- Work with the team to meet KPIs and support other departments as required.
