Requirements
- Hold an active Tennessee LBA license.
- Have experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
- Have strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions.
- Be able to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Be proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay up to date with current research and best practices in behavioral health.
