- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of workflow and process flow analysis.
- Proficiency in data mapping and data flow analysis.
- Experience with integration between different systems.
- Familiarity with transactional systems and their functionalities.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- US mortgage industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders, aligning them with project goals.
- Apply Agile methodologies to support iterative planning and continuous improvement.
- Use Financial Services industry knowledge to provide insights into best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and optimize business workflows and process flows.
- Conduct data mapping and data flow analysis to support accurate data movement across systems.
- Facilitate integration between different systems and support data transfer and interoperability.
- Apply transactional systems knowledge and align those systems with business objectives.
- Communicate technical concepts in written and verbal English to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with distributed teams across geographical locations.
