Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of product design experience on SaaS software.
- Bring strong craft across visual design, product thinking, brand, and interaction design.
- Apply systems thinking and use judgment to follow established patterns or explore new approaches.
- Be fluent in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Be interested in experimenting with new design tools.
- Communicate and collaborate clearly, including working asynchronously.
- Take ownership and work through ambiguity and changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering to take roadmap projects from initial problem to shipped solution.
- Improve existing product areas through substantial redesigns and smaller usability enhancements.
- Create low- and high-fidelity designs and prototypes to communicate ideas and validate approaches.
- Contribute to design systems spanning product, marketing, and brand surfaces.
- Design embedded interface experiences that fit naturally within third-party products.
- Help develop design culture and contribute to product thinking across the organization.
