Job Details

Have 8+ years of product design experience.
Provide a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of web design.
Bring hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing, and experimentation.
Be comfortable discussing hypotheses, test design, statistical significance, and iteration.
Show polished web and landing page work in a portfolio.
Demonstrate strong UI craft, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.
Use analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics.
Have experience taking a web experiment or launch from idea through design QA.
Explain design work clearly to designers and business stakeholders.
Have experience building and maintaining a design system for a marketing site.

Own conversion work across the website and landing pages, identifying opportunities independently.
Define problem statements and success metrics, then design, prototype, and launch A/B tests.
Review experiment results and iterate based on what works.
Apply strong visual and UI craft while keeping launches on-brand and consistent with the design system.
Work with growth, performance marketing, and sales to translate business needs into customer-focused pages.
Use words and visuals to tell stories about new products, launches, and offers.
Plan and ship experiments with growth product managers, engineers, data analysts, and lifecycle marketers.
Design landing pages for product and feature launches with product marketing.
Set a high standard for craft and experimentation and give other designers thoughtful feedback.
