Requirements
- Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).
- Have an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified with the issuing medical board.
- Have board certification or completed residency training.
- Have recent direct patient care experience; attending-level experience is preferred.
- Bring broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.
- Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.
- Have strong written English (C1+).
- Be open to part-time, non-permanent projects.
- Submit tasks by the deadline and meet the listed acceptance criteria.
- Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes paired with questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers across diagnosis and treatment tasks.
- Review cases spanning cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.
- Score vignette accuracy and completeness.
- Assess whether a vignette gives away its answer.
- Evaluate answer correctness and gradeability, as well as trap quality.
- Check whether reasoning chains reach answers from vignette facts alone.
- Correct reasoning traces and write short rationales.
- Participate in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.
