Demonstrated success as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or equivalent senior technical leader across multiple teams or domains.
Strong systems-design skills and ability to make pragmatic tradeoffs across performance, reliability, security, scalability, and developer experience.
Experience leading high-impact initiatives involving engineering, product, design, data, and platform partners.
Ability to turn ambiguous product and business problems into technical strategies and executable plans.
Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority.
Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and grow technical leadership across teams.
Commitment to engineering quality, operational ownership, observability, and continuous improvement.

Provide technical leadership across the Brand platform and lead strategic, complex, business-critical initiatives.
Define and evolve architecture for complex, cross-team product and platform initiatives.
Lead technical strategy, project decomposition, and execution from discovery through delivery.
Partner with product, design, data, and platform teams to align technical decisions with customer, platform-health, and business outcomes.
Establish scalable patterns, APIs, and system boundaries that improve reliability and maintainability.
Identify and reduce technical risks, dependencies, and operational complexity.
Raise engineering standards through design reviews, code reviews, coaching, and mentorship.
Strengthen platform health through observability, quality practices, operational readiness, and cross-team execution.
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical direction, milestones, and durable solutions.
