Requirements
- Hold an active, verifiable Iowa LISW, LMFT, or LMHC license.
- Hold an active license in your state of residence if it is not Iowa.
- Have credentials that can be verified through the State Board’s website.
- Have experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings.
- Use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
- Be comfortable with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.
- Work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity.
- Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments.
- Collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.
- Support members with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and, at times, substance use disorders.
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system.
- Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a multidisciplinary environment.
- Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.
- Follow HIPAA requirements and applicable state licensure regulations.
