Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Be proficient in at least one backend language such as Go, Python, or equivalent.
- Have experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar.
- Have strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent.
- Be familiar with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
- Show the ability to own complex projects and deliver them end-to-end.
- Have problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build and maintain intuitive, performant frontend applications.
- Own projects end-to-end, from architecture through deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and implement features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and ensure system reliability.
- Improve engineering processes, tools, and team practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and bring new ideas to the team.
