Have 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science or Applied ML.
Have proven experience deploying ML models at scale in production.
Demonstrate advanced Python skills.
Have experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch or Spark MLlib.
Have strong SQL skills.
Have experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Spark or Hadoop.
Have cloud experience; Azure is preferred.
Have experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Have experience with Git and CI/CD.
Be familiar with JIRA and Confluence.

Own the ML lifecycle, from problem framing and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
Design and improve reliable, reproducible data pipelines.
Connect ML systems with enterprise data sources such as PLM, ERP (AX / SAP) and o9.
Drive MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, monitoring and automated retraining.
Work with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders to turn goals into ML solutions.
Define KPIs and improve model accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
Build Proofs of Concept and take models into production.
