Job Details

Bring a proven track record of architecting, deploying, and maintaining production AI/ML systems at scale.
Apply strong software design principles, including clean code and scalable architecture, to build robust systems.
Understand modern foundation model behavior, failure modes, function calling, and resolving edge cases in live environments.
Work through ambiguity, prioritize production constraints such as latency, cost, and safety, and drive projects independently to completion.
Use Python, PyTorch, JAX, and Agentic AI.
Work in English at C1 level.

Architect and ship production-grade ML systems for proactive AI agents, task-triage engines, and multi-step reasoning workflows.
Own the ML lifecycle, including data curation, model fine-tuning and training, inference optimization, evaluation, and production monitoring.
Build reliable systems that interact with external tools and APIs while maintaining safety and persistent contextual memory.
Translate state-of-the-art LLM and agentic research into high-availability software for real-world user workflows.
Lead design reviews, set engineering standards, and mentor peers across the ML team.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research leads to translate user problems into shipped features.
